In response to this environmental problem, noise control measures have been taken in the production process of blast furnace.

The main noise sources of blast furnace production include blast furnace building and auxiliary equipment. The noise produced by the blast furnace building can be reduced by coating the surface with sound-absorbing materials. Auxiliary blast furnace equipment includes air blowers, lance operators, coke machines and hot stoves. In order to reduce the noise generated by the host, the vibration isolation device is used to reduce the vibrating force acting on the host itself, while the exterior wall of the equipment is processed with sound insulation materials to reduce the transmission of airborne noise. In addition, the lance operators also adopt several noise control measures, such as equipping the sound-proof housing, installing the sound insulation materials on the inner wall of the sound-proof housing and using the low-noise impeller to ensure the low-noise operation of the blower. At the same time, the noise generated by the Coke machine can be reduced by installing muffler and sound insulation box.

At the same time, the engineering vibration of the blast furnace structure should also be monitored and adjusted. This can be done by installing vibration sensors at key positions of the blast furnace and connecting them to the PLC for monitoring remote control. If the vibration and noise of the blast furnace structure exceed the standard, corresponding measures should be taken in time to adjust the vibration waveform and reduce the noise.

The above measures combined with the human-machine interface can effectively reduce the noise of the blast furnace. Of course, in addition to the technological measures taken in the production of blast furnace, we should also use reasonable production processes and reasonable operation measures to cooperate to effectively reduce the noise pollution of the blast furnace.
