Daimler-Chrysler (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DCCI) was established on December 28, 2007 in Beijing, China. It is jointly owned by Daimler AG (70%) and Chrysler LLC (30%), and is one of the five actively operated local legal entities of Daimler AG in China.
