1. Maintenance and inspection: As an important measure to prevent damage to the diecasting mold, regular repair and inspection should be carried out according to the requirements of the technical specifications of diecasting mold, and diecasting mold should be repaired in time when there is wear, deformation and crack damage problems.
2. Good operating procedures: Before operation, the operator must check whether the diecast moulds are qualified to ensure that the diecasting mold does not cause excessive wear or damage caused by misuse of improper parameters.
3. Reduce injection speed: The injection speed of diecasting mold should be controlled within the reasonable range. If the speed is too fast, the internal pressure of the die will increase, resulting in deformation of the die or damage to its components.
4. Optimize the filling time: The filling time of diecasting mold should be optimized according to the processing time in the technical requirements, and the time should be controlled to prevent the surface of the casting from being oxidized.
5. Increase the template temperature: Properly increasing the die casting die temperature can reduce the injection temperature of diecasting liquid, reduce the generation of casting force and improve the filling performance of diecasting liquid, reduce the internal pressure of die casting mold and improve its durability.
6.Thermocouple and temperature controller: Use a thermocouple and temperature controller to control the die-casting temperature system to reduce thermal stress, increase the surface quality of the casting and improve the service life of the mould.
7. Reasonable injection parameters: The injection pressure resistance, injection flow rate and injection pressure should be adjusted according to the conditions of the diecasting mould and the injection rate of the diecasting mould should not be too large.
8. Control the die casting temperature of die casting liquid and die casting mould: The thermal balance in die casting process should be improved to reduce thermal stress and prolong the service life of die casting mould.
9. Avoid leakage of molten metal and slag into diecasting mold: Use appropriate exhaust method and reasonable process parameters to avoid leakage of molten metal and slag into diecasting mold to reduce damage to die casting mould.
10. Cognitive operation: As a general measure for the maintenance of diecasting mould, operators should develop correct cognitive patterns to operate reasonably, accurately and safely in the course of production, and must not blindly operate. In addition, the line should operate periodically according to the technical requirements of die casting mould to prevent accident problems in the line.
