Installation and Connection of Two-way Plug-in Hydraulic Valve According to GB 2877-81
The two-way plug-in hydraulic valve is a kind of three-position four-way type directional control valve. It is mainly composed of a valve body, a valve plug, a coil, a single pilot diaphragm and a relief valve. It is mainly used to control the reversing and reversing direction of the actuator. The two-way plug-in hydraulic valve should be installed horizontally in the default position. Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned and deformed, and the hydraulic fluid should be filtered strictly according to the model of the hydraulic system. At the same time, the flow direction of the valve should be kept consistent as much as possible.
When connecting pipes, care should be taken to ensure that the connection size meets the requirements of the two-way plug-in hydraulic valve. The opening and closing action of the main valve should be tested, the connection and sealing of each joint should be checked, the accuracy of the selected electrical components should be checked, and the related performance parameters should be tested according to the system requirements.
