Firstly, the material supply department is responsible for organizing material purchase, drafting and prescribing purchase contracts, making sure all the purchase contracts meet the requirements of specifications, arrival port, prices and quality, etc.
Secondly, it is responsible for organizing materials inspection, organizing personnel and equipment to inspect purchasing materials. The personnel need to take samples according to the companys rules, handle the testing procedures and determine sample results in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, and report on deviations of sample test results from the prescribed standards.
