Daily Maintenance of CNC Lathe
CNC lathe is a kind of automatic machine tool. Its machining accuracy is higher. Good maintenance can improve the accuracy and life of the lathe, so it is very important to do a good job in the daily maintenance of CNC lathe.
1.Regularly check and clean coolant, lubricating oil and coolant. If the conditions permit, you can add in-water cleaning fluid to flush the coolant to ensure that the coolant system uses clean coolant.
2. Check the limit switch, driving system and power supply system of the CNC machine tool. If any problem is found, it should be done immediately.
3. Clean the CNC machine tool regularly to keep the machine tool and guide rail in clean and dry state.
4. Open the control cabinet door to check the joints and circuit connections of the electronic system, and re-tighten them if necessary.
5. Out of order table CNC machine tool needs to open the cover or shell, clean and lubricate the parts, and check whether the parts are worn or damaged. When necessary, contact the professional maintenance personnel to repair or replace them.
6. When the CNC machine tool is started and stopped, it should be run slowly, and pay attention to observe the start or stop status.
7. CNC machine tool work should operate strictly according to the requirements of the process and the specified cutting speed, feed and depth. Do not frequently change specifications and parameters.
