2.Steel Structure Manufacturing Technology
2.1 Raw Material Preparation
Steel structure manufacturing technology of metallurgical plant mainly includes raw material preparation, cutting, welding, inspection and installation.
Raw material preparation is the first step before manufacturing steel structure of metallurgical plant. In order to ensure the production process, it is necessary to choose high quality raw materials. Metal components must be marked and identified according to the drawings and the labels should be checked carefully before unpacking.
2.2 Cutting
In the cutting process, it is necessary to choose different cutting processes according to the actual situation. The commonly used cutting process includes flame cutting, plasma cutting, shearing, sawing and milling.
