China Forestry Machinery Association
The China Forestry Machinery Association (CFMA) is a nationwide, non-governmental, non-profit and comprehensive organization representing the forestry machinery industry in China that was formed in 1993. It is the official organization of forestry machinery minds and professionals in China. Its role is to bring together people from all related businesses, represent and voice the interests of the members and promote the development of the industry.
CFMA is committed to the promotion of modernized forestry production, the development of a green economy and the progress of industry industrialization in order to effectively promote communication and collaboration among various related companies and research institutions. The main activities of CFMA consist of technical exchanges, academic promotion, industry standardization and laws & regulations relating to forestry machinery. As a bridge and channel between companies, research institutions, and the nation, they continuously strive to strengthen supervision and management over their own sector and promote the development of forestry machinery industry.
In order to achieve these goals, CFMA carries out various activities by providing services to the members and others related to the industry. These activities include seminars & conferences, industry market analysis, media communications, cooperative memberships, and associations of old machinery. CFMA also contributes to the development of the industry by actively participating in international activities, providing information about events, and by providing members with a platform to cooperate with each other.
