Dongguan Zhengtian Machinery Co.,Ltd is excited to purchase and commission a Wall Dragon CNC boring and milling center. This state-of-the-art machinery will be a valuable addition to our factory, allowing us to achieve our goals of higher accuracy and increased throughput on narrow-tolerance machining projects.
The Wall Dragon CNC boring and milling center is equipped with a powerful 12,000 RPM spindle and precision ball-screws, allowing for rapid linear feedrates of up to 60 m/min. This is ideal for achieving highly precise tolerances in demanding machining projects. The machine bed is made of high-quality HT300 iron castings, with superior rigidity and structural integrity. The spindle is driven by an enclosed CNC system and servo motor, and the hydraulic clamping system further increases cutting accuracy. The pneumatic chuck provides quick and efficient clamping, while the automatic tool changer (ATC) allows for changing tools without stopping the machine. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a pallet changer, allowing for quick and easy changing of work pieces.
The Wall Dragon CNC boring and milling center also has multiple safety features, such as built-in oil, water and coolant fire protection, overload and overheat protection, and anti-collision sensors. The machine also has adjustable safety doors and a light curtain system, ensuring the safety of operators.
For ease-of-use, the machine is equipped with a large 10.4” LCD touch-screen, allowing for intuitive use of the CNC system. The Wall Dragon CNC boring and milling center is also equipped with an Ethernet port, allowing for ease-of-integration into our dedicated computer network. Additionally, the machine supports multiple CAD/CAM software packages, further increasing the flexibility of the system.
