Common Machinery Technical Standard No. 3
The purpose of this standard is to provide technical requirements for the design, manufacture, inspection and test of the common machinery 3 series. The purpose is to guide the rationalization and standardization of the production process, and to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment produced.
This standard shall apply to the design, development, manufacture, inspection and test of series 3 of common machinery. For the design, development and manufacture of special requirements, in addition to the general requirements of this standard, relevant special technical regulations or specifications shall also be observed.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the design, manufacture, inspection and test of series 3 of common machinery. This series 3 of common machinery mainly includes equipment of drum, hoist and spindle speed governor and other machinery.
2 Definition
2.1 Common machinery
The equipment and components that are used to process material or energy and the instrument and transmission part contained in it.
2.2 Drum machinery
Drum machinery is mainly composed of power transmission system, turntable, turntable supporting structure, driving device and wire rope winding system.
2.3 The hoist
Hoist is mainly composed of power transmission system, suspension frame, frame, traction device, wire rope retraction system, electric control system and safety device.
3 Design requirements
3.1 Design philosophy
The 3 series common machinery should be designed scientifically, and the design should ensure the safety and reliability of the whole machine.
3.2 Structural design
The structural design of common machinery should guarantee the production process and use requirements, ensure the safe and reliable performance, and ensure the rational connection and distribution of the components.
3.3 Calculation and analysis
In the design of common machinery, the calculation and analysis should be checked and verified before the production drawing is drawn.
3.4 Technical documents
For common machinery, the technical documents should be detailed and complete, and the dimensions, shape, surface property, material selection and product performance requirements should be specified.
4 Manufacturing requirements
4.1 Machining accuracy
The machining accuracy of the components of common machinery should meet the requirements of the drawings.
4.2 Surface treatment
The outer surfaces of the parts and components of common machinery should be smooth, rust-proof and wear-resistant.
4.3 Assembling quality
The fixed parts of the various parts of the common machinery should be reliable, and the surface of the parts should be smooth and complete.
5 Inspection requirements
5.1 Test before production
The parts and components of common machinery should be inspected before the production is carried out, including the dimension inspection, material inspection and performance inspection.
5.2 Test after production
The parts and components of the common machinery should be inspected after the production is completed, and the quality inspection should be carried out in accordance with the inspection drawings.
6 Test requirements
6.1inspection and inspection
When testing the common machinery, the following items should be tested:
(1) The static strength and rigidity of the structure.
(2) The strength, rigidity and dynamic balance performance of the moving parts.
(3) The performance index of energy transfer system and automatic control system.
6.2 Laboratory tests
The laboratory tests of common machinery should fully reflect the performance of equipment, such as thermal test and environment test.
7 Packaging requirements
7.1 Packaging during production and storage
The parts and components of common machinery should be packaged properly during production and storage, and the protection, identifier and moisture-proof packaging should be performed according to the requirements of the product marking.
7.2 Packing for maintenance
When repairing and overhauling the common machinery, it should be properly packed and the repaired parts should be identified.
7.3 Special packaging requirements
When shipping the common machinery, special packaging should be performed to ensure the safety of the equipment.
8 Contractual requirements
The 3 series common machinery should be supplied with a signed contract, which should specify the relevant materials and technical requirements, the quality inspection standards, the packaging and labeling, the parts supply and replacement requirements and the related transportation and installation requirements. The signed contract should be consistent with the contents of the technical documents for the product.
