Personnel Human Resource Management 3P Model

Human resource management (HRM) is an important aspect of doing business in todays environment. To manage a businesss personnel, managers must consider the needs of the company, the culture of the organization, and the preferences of the individuals within the organization. To do this, many organizations are turning to the Three-P model of personnel human resource management. This model consists of three parts: the people, the process, and the performance.

People: The first step in the personnel human resource management process is to select the right people for the job. By studying the available candidates, managers can determine what qualifications and skills a potential candidate has that would help the organization succeed. This process also involves examining the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and assessing how these attributes will interact with the rest of the organization.

Process: The second step in the Three-P model is to develop a process that allows the organization to manage personnel effectively. For example, the organization should consider methods of socializing new employees, providing feedback, career pathways, and technology use. By staying up to date on new trends and developments, organizations are better able to assess the environment they operate in and their needs in terms of personnel.

Performance: The last step in the Three-P model is to ensure that personnel are performing satisfactorily according to their job requirements. This can involve setting performance objectives and assessing individual performance. Furthermore, developing an organizational culture that values excellence and employee retention is an important part of performance evaluation. This will include considering rewards and recognition for individuals who perform well and those who are loyal to the organization.

The Three-P model of personnel human resource management is a useful tool for managers to use when creating their personnel management plan. By using this model, managers are able to make sure that the personnel that are brought into the organization are well-suited to their job requirements and also recognize when changes need to be made in order to best achieve the goals of the organization. By taking the Three-P model into account, organizations are able to better understand their personnel and maximize their potential.
