Xi’an Economic and Technological Development Zone Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Corporation) is a state-owned enterprise with limited liability established in the Xian Economic and Technological Development Zone in 1992, and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the XAR Group.
As the large-scale backbone enterprise in the development zone, the Corporation has been among the pioneers in the development and construction of the area since its founding.
