Design of Blast Furnace Stove System

The blast furnace stove is an important heating equipment required for the production of iron and steel. The blast furnace stove mainly includes the furnace furnace body, the furnace top system and the furnace side system. The furnace top system includes the loading system, the gas hot stove protection system and the conduction system. The operation of the blast furnace stove requires the coordination of these top, side and furnace systems.

1. Loading system

The loading system mainly includes the material storage system, the bellows system, the bellows wheel and cart, the iron handling system and the material conveying line. The material storage system is mainly composed of feeds, materials and accessories such as ore, coke, limestone, clay and iron filings. The bellows system mainly consists of bellows wheel and cart, which are mainly responsible for pushing and moving materials into the charging port of the blast furnace. The bellows wheel and cart mainly include bellows wheel, slag hopper cart, dumping cart, and bellows wheel and cart are mainly driven by the bellows wheel and cart motor. The hot stove roof is mainly used to protect the hot stove body from wind and rain, and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents such as gas leak. The hot stove is mainly composed of refractory bricks and is mainly used to protect the hot stove pipe. The hot stove pipe is mainly used to connect the furnace body and the hot stove and to connect the material circulating stove to the charging port. The gas control device mainly includes the vent valve, the pressure regulating valve and the flow regulating valve which are mainly used to adjust the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the hot stove.

3. Heat Conduction System

The heat conduction system mainly includes the heat exchanger, the hot stove circulating gas, the hot stove precipitator and the hot stove circulating wind system. The heat exchanger is mainly composed of refractory bricks and steel plates, which are mainly used to transfer the heat from the hot stove pipe to the blast furnace body. The hot stove circulating gas mainly includes the hot stove circulating valve and the hot stove circulating fan which are mainly used to control the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the hot stove circulating gas. The hot stove precipitator mainly includes the ash removal system and the dust removal system which are mainly used to clean up the ash and dust of the hot stove pipe and to avoid the blockage of the hot stove pipe. The hot stove circulating wind system mainly includes the ventilation pipe, the wind guide and the fan which are mainly used to ensure the uniform and adequate heat transfer of the hot stove pipe.

In summary, the blast furnace stove system is an important part of the blast furnace production process. Its design should pay attention to the coordination of the loading system, the gas hot stove protection system and the heat transfer system. We should consider the bearing capacity and certain temperature, pressure and flow requirements of each equipment when designing the blast furnace stove system. In addition, we should also pay attention to the quality of refractory bricks and steel plates, and the selection of boilers, fans and so on, to ensure the service life and safety of the blast furnace stove system.
