Rare-earth iron silicide alloy (REIS) is an intermetallic compound developed by rare-earth and iron elements, which is a new “super-hard” material combining the excellent properties of “hardness”, “heat resistance”, “corrosion resistance” and “wear resistance”. It is characterized by high hardness, excellent toughness, and temperature resistance and other characteristics.
