Installation and Use Matters of Electromagnetic Valves
Electromagnetic valve is a valve controlled by the coil and controlled by energy, which is widely used in fluid control systems such as gas, oil and chemical industry. The electromagnetic valve is small in size, light in weight, good in action performance and convenient for installation, adjustment and control. Because of its various advantages, electromagnetic valves have been widely used in various industries and have been applied to many home appliances. However, the installation and use of electromagnetic valves must pay attention to the following matters, so as to ensure the normal operation and prolong the service life of the equipment.
First of all, when installing the diaphragm electromagnetic valve, it needs to be fixed firmly. If there is a special tray clamp in the installation of the pipe, in order to increase the rigidity, it should be tightened with the special bolt of the valve clamp at the position of the valve flange. When there is no tray clamp, the bolt should be fixed in the middle of the valve and the fixed nut should be tightened.
Secondly, for the sealing performance of the valve and the connection of the pipeline, a special adhesive tape may be used to seal the flange and collar of the valve. And in order to prevent the parts of the valve leaking out of the bolt, the two sides of the bolt between the flange and the valve should be coated with sealing material.
In addition, in order to eliminate misoperation, a pilot valve should be installed between the control valve and the electromagnetic valve. So as to prevent the water pressure in the system from driving the electrical drain valve sharply, the pilot valve should be provided with a safety valve.
Finally, when using electromagnetic valves, they should not be subjected to large shocks, and they should not be forced to open and close. In addition, if the valve suddenly leaks after the valve is opened, it is necessary to check the water direction and water pressure. The water direction should be adjusted correctly so that the pressure in the valve chamber is greater than the working pressure in the system.
In a word, it is very important for the installation and use of electromagnetic valves, otherwise it will lead to abnormal operation of the equipment or even cause greater economic losses. Therefore, we should pay attention to the above matters in the installation and use of electromagnetic valves, so as to ensure their safety and reliability.
