Introduction
Sinter ore cooling machine is an important equipment in iron ore fast sintering process. With the development of sintering process and the improvement of sinter quality, this equipment is needed to be installed. Its main function is to reduce the temperature of the sinter ore from more than 1000℃ to a normal temperature that is suitable for the subsequent processing. This article mainly introduces the installation process and technical requirements of the sinter ore cooling machine.
Installing Requirements
According to the installation requirements of sinter ore cooling machine, the installation distance should not be too close to the workshop wall, so as to leave enough space for the cooling machines air inlet and air outlet, and to avoid the influence of air blocked by obstacles on the air circulation of the cooling machine.
Moreover, when the installation area is selected, it should be as far away as possible from the sintering machine, and should not be too close to the workshop wall of the sintering machine, to avoid thermal dissipation, so as to reduce the energy consumption of sintering machine.
If there is any iron-making equipment or other types of evaporative cooling tower nearby, the installation location of the sinter ore cooling machine should also be taken into consideration, and the distance between them should be far away so as to avoid interacting with each other.
Installation Analysis
The sinter ore cooling machine uses cooling water or secondary coolant as the cooling medium to cool the ore. Cooling water is the most common cooling medium for cooling the sinter ore. The cooling machine requires sufficient cooling water pressure and temperature to guarantee the normal operation of the cooling machine.
When the ore cooling machine is installed, the cooling water should be connected in series with the product cooling water supply and the product cooling water return pipe. In order to ensure the cooling effect, the cooling water pressure should be higher than the set value.
The secondary coolant in the ore cooling machine is composed of a primary circuit and a secondary circuit. The primary circuit supplies heated coolant to the secondary circuit to cool the ore, and then sends the heated coolant back to the primary circuit. The secondary circuit is generally used in conjunction with a cooling tower, and the cooling water outlet temperature is generally controlled at 45℃-50℃.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the cooling machine, the primary and secondary circuits should be kept clean, and the coolant should be regularly replaced and maintained to keep the flow rate and temperature of the cooling water in a normal range.
Conclusion
The installation of sinter ore cooling machine needs to consider a variety of conditions and meet certain technical requirements. In summary, the installation location of the sinter ore cooling machine should be as far away as possible from the sintering machine, and certain distances should be left in other aspects. At the same time, during the installation process, cooling water and secondary coolants are required to be connected, and the cleanliness and temperature of the coolants need to be maintained.
