Carbon Factory Batching and Kneading Plant Design
This paper presents a design for a carbon factory batching and kneading workshop 15 tons/hour.The design uses modern technology,mechanization and automation to reduce labor intensity,improve operating efficiency,and makes full use of the advantages of the system.
Firstly,at the carbon factory,raw materials are weighed in the proportion they need to mix,in order to ensure that the mixing is accurate.The weighed materials are then transported to the mixing area.This mixing area consists of 2 sets of automatic mixing machines,each set equipped with 1 agitator and 2 compressors.The agitator and the compressor have a continuous mixing mode,which monitors the temperature and degree of mixing of the material and adds additives if necessary.
Then,the evenly mixed carbon particles are sent to the pre-kneading area by belt conveyor,where they are kneaded in the kneading machine.The kneading machine adopts the principle of paddle type kneading,using the mixing and shearing action of the paddles to realize the uniformity of the carbon particles.At the same time,the amount of additives in the kneading can be adjusted according to the requirements of the technical parameters of the carbon particles.
After pre-kneading,the material is conveyed to the secondary kneading area.In this area,2 sets of double-shaft horizontal kneaders are used.The blades of double-shaft kneaders are made of imported high-qualitiy stainless steel,and the groove size is adjustable,so that the quality of carbon particles can be further improved.
Finally,the carbon particles are transported to the packaging area by multi-stage hoists,where they are packed in accordance with certain standards.The packaging can be done manually or automatically according to the customer’s requirements.
To sum up,this design for a carbon factory batching and kneading workshop provides an efficient and reliable processing system.It is suitable for industrial use,and can meet the requirements of large-scale production.At the same time,it can save energy and resources,reduce labor intensity and improve operational efficiency,and reduce environmental pollution.
