That’s why we have established our Toyota Selection Program as a means of recruiting, selecting and retaining the best talent possible.

We believe that the most effective selection practices focus on predicting job performance using comprehensive, comprehensive, and comprehensive selection criteria. The selection committee then reviews the assessment results and makes a recommendation, selecting the candidate with the highest potential for success. Once the candidate is selected, they are contacted to arrange a face-to-face interview. This interview is conducted by members of the selection committee and is designed to help the selection committee gain a thorough understanding of the candidates professional skills and assess their problem-solving abilities. During this interview, the candidate will be asked questions specific to the role they are applying for, so they can further demonstrate their ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and assess their own strengths and weaknesses.

After the face-to-face interview, the selection committee will make their final selection, based on the candidates overall performance. Candidates who are successful in their application for the position may then be offered a position in the Toyota Selection Program.
