Agency Agreement
This agreement is concluded between [Person/Company X] (hereinafater referred to as the ‘principal’) and [Person/Company Y] (hereinafter referred to as the ‘agent’).
The principal hereby appoints the agent and authorises him/her to represent them in contractual matters and agreements concerning [state the matters that the agent is authorised to act on behalf of the principal). The agent shall be empowered to make decisions and take actions relevant to the principal’s interests.
