Introduction
Shenzhen Haixing Dock Development Co., Ltd. is a large-scale and specialized port-based enterprise established in April 2008 by Shenzhen Haixing Holding Corp. and is a key subsidiary of the Group. It is based in Yantian port area of Shenzhen, and it covers an area of about 320,000 sq. m with a total asset of RMB3 billion.
Haixing Dock is an all-round port service provider integrating and providing port planning, design consulting, logistics, operation and management, and international trade. It is also the most important economic base and keenly developing part of the Shenzhen port industry with speed surpassing the development of other port services.
Haixing Dock has signed many cooperation agreements with the Yantian port authority and the shenzhen municipal government to build specious parks, terminal services, and other value-added services. So far, Haixing Dock has constructed Yaletou port logistic center and Yantian bonded park in the Yantian port area. In 2014, Haixing Dock teamed up with Shenzhen municipal government to launch a series of initiatives and start construction of Yantian Thermal Power Project. In terms of international freight forwarding, Haixing Dock is a major operator in the Yantian port area.

Haixing Dock provides comprehensive planning and detailed design services in ship mooring, dock, berth, port safety system, traffic engineering, airport design and consulting, waterway engineering, geological engineering, land reclamation and earthworks, hydrological engineering, bridge engineering, container packing yard, earth and mineral storage yard, port ecological protection, and other areas of expertise.
2. Logistics, Operation, and Management
Haixing Dock is dedicated to provide customer-oriented port-based services and value-added management services. It provides ship loading and unloading, relocation, and ship planning services, shipping agency, freight freight forwarding and other port- related services.
3. International Trade
Haixing Dock has established 8 large-scale bonded warehouses and is dedicated to offering customers comprehensive international trade services. A wide range of goods are catered to, including aquatic agricultural products, electronics, auto parts, machinery equipment, apparel, toys, and home ware products, which meet international standards.
