In recent years, Chinas coal education has achieved remarkable achievements, which has made great contributions to the efficient, clean and safe use of coal and the protection of the ecological environment.
Coal education is an important part of environmental education. It mainly focuses on coal production concepts and technology, coal safety, clean and efficient utilization of coal, coal and environment relations, and the green development of coal industry. In the past ten years, China has carried out a series of coal-related public education activities, covering all levels of society.
First, the Ministry of Education and local education departments have jointly issued guidelines and textbooks on safety knowledge of coal mines and coal use. These textbooks promote the safety production of coal mines and the clean utilization of coal. Fourth, the industry associations of coal industry have actively promoted the green and low carbon development of coal industry. Through the combined construction of industry associations, local coal enterprises and relevant departments, a coal and ecology education base has been built, and public education activities have been organized to propagate public knowledge about clean and efficient utilization of coal and protection of ecological environment.
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese government has paid great attention to the ecological environment of the coal industry and coal safety.
