1. Bearing installation position should be firm: The bearing assembly position should be firm and the installation position must not be loose. Vibrations in the process of bearing operation will cause greater wear on the bearing, which will reduce the service life of the bearing. Therefore, the installation of bearing should be firm and reliable.
2. The bearing temperature should not be too high: The operation of bearing will produce certain temperature, and this temperature should not be too high. Generally speaking, the temperature of bearing should not be higher than 70°C. If the bearing temperature is too high, we need to stop using and check the bearing at any time.
3. Lubrication should be timely: Pay attention to adding appropriate lubricants to bearing in time. Appropriate lubricants can reduce the friction and temperature of bearing, reduce the wear of parts, and make the bearing easier to operate. Generally speaking, lubricants are used every 6 to 12 months, and the specific time is determined according to the actual situation.
4. The bearing should not be overloaded: We must pay attention not to overload bearing. If the bearing is overloaded, it is easy to generate greater friction and heat, which will accelerate the leakage of lubrication due to the heat, resulting in further heat and abrasion, thus shortening its service life.
5. The temperature of the bearing should be monitored regularly: Regularly monitor the temperature of bearing during operation. If the temperature of the bearing is too high, stop using it and check it timely.
