Design of High Furnace Wind Outlet Platform Outlet Iron Field System

1 Introduction

The production of iron and steel industry is increasingly focusing on scientific and technological advancement. In order to improve the quality of products and speed up the production process, high temperature stove wind outlet platform outlet iron field system needs to be designed and improved. This paper is intended to present an analysis and optimization of the system, based on the production process of iron and steel enterprises, in order to maximize the benefits of iron and steel enterprises and the efficiency of production.

2 Analysis of the production process of iron and steel enterprises

In iron and steel enterprises, the iron-making process is generally divided into iron ore, sintering, smelting, iron-out and steel-making process. In the iron and steel industry, the production process is complex and the production environment is harsh. Therefore, the production process needs to be controlled accurately and efficiently.

The process of iron making is to heat the ore from heat and then reduce the ore with coke in the furnace to produce iron. The smelting process continues to heat the molten iron in the blast furnace, and then blow a large amount of hot air into the molten iron.
