According to the relevant quality regulations of cold-rolled steel strips, the allowable size deviations of cold-rolled steel strips are as follows:
1. The allowable size deviation of the width of cold-rolled steel strips is generally not more than +0.15mm.
2. The linear deviations of cold-rolled steel strips should be less than 10mm for a length of 1000mm. The linear deviation of cold-rolled steel strips with a length of more than 1000mm should be controlled at ±1%.
3. The perpendicularity deviation of cold-rolled steel strips should be controlled within 0.1φ. The roundness deviation of cold-rolled steel strips should be controlled within 0.05φ.
4. The thickness deviation of cold-rolled steel strips is generally not more than ±0.015mm. The roughness of the surface of cold-rolled steel strips should reach Ra 6.3 ~ 12.5, and abnormality should be avoided.
5. The cross section of cold-rolled steel strips should be uniform. During the production of cold-rolled steel strips, the thickness of the strip edges should be not greater than 3/4 of the average thickness of the strip and no greater than 0.04mm, and the angle at each edge should be uniform.
6. The shape deviation of the corner of cold-rolled steel strips is generally required to be within ±0.2mm.
7. The tilt deviation of the surface of cold-rolled steel strips should also be controlled strictly. Generally, the slant deviation should not exceed 0.15/1000.
The above are the general requirements for the allowable size deviations of cold-rolled steel strips. In actual production, depending on the specific requirements of customers, the allowable size deviations of cold-rolled steel strips should be increased or reduced appropriately.
In general, production workers need to pay attention to the quality requirements of cold-rolled steel strips in production. They should strictly follow the above standards, ensure the allowable size deviation of cold-rolled steel strips, and produce qualified products according to customers’ requirements.
