Car Purchase Agreement
This Car Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between [Buyer.Name] (“Buyer”) and [Seller.Name] (“Seller”). The Buyer and Seller are collectively referred to as the “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”
WHEREAS, the Buyer wishes to purchase a car (the “Vehicle”) from the Seller and the Seller is willing to sell the Vehicle to the Buyer.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth and of the premises hereof, the Parties agree as follows:
1. The Vehicle
The Vehicle the Buyer wishes to purchase from the Seller is described and identified as follows:

2. Price and Payment
The Buyer will purchase the Vehicle as described above for the Price of [Amount] and will make payment for the Vehicle in full to the Seller on or before [Date]. The Price does not include state, local, or other taxes, registration fees, and other applicable fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.
3. Defects, Warranties, and Returns
The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, usability, merchantability, or fitness of the Vehicle except as otherwise required by applicable law. Any applicable express warranties are included with the Vehicle and between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Buyer has the right, within [Number] days of delivery of the Vehicle, to inspect the Vehicle and return the Vehicle to the Seller free and clear of any liens, provided that the return is made in the same condition as when it was purchased.
4. Delivery of Vehicle
The Seller will deliver the Vehicle to the Buyer on or before [Date] to [Delivery Location], or at such other place as the Parties may agree, in exchange for payment in full for the Vehicle.
5. Security Interest
Until the Buyer has paid the Purchase Price in full, the Seller shall retain a security interest in the Vehicle in accordance with state and/or local law. The Seller reserves the right to repossess the Vehicle in the event the Buyer fails to make payment for the Vehicle as stipulated in this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by signing below, each Party affirms that he/she has read and understands the Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
