The advent of non-plated products

The design of modern electronics and home appliance products has been greatly improved, and the use of non-plated products is becoming more and more popular. Non-plated products are new products that are made from a solid material without being covered in a layer of metal. Non-plated products are not only cheaper than their plated counterparts, but they also have several advantages.

One of the main advantages of using non-plated products is that they are less expensive. Plated products are usually made with layers of metal and other expensive materials that can become costly over time. Non-plated products are more cost-effective because they are made from a single material. This means that the cost to produce these products is much lower than traditional plated products. Additionally, these products can be produced in much shorter timeframes than plated products, which also keeps costs low.

Aside from cost savings, non-plated products are also more environmentally friendly than their plated counterparts. Plated products are often made with harmful chemicals such as chromium and cadmium, which can be hazardous to both humans and the environment. Non-plated products, on the other hand, have no such information chemical buildup. Additionally, non-plated products are not as prone to corrosion and rust, which means they will last much longer without requiring regular maintenance or replacement.

Finally, non-plated products can be particularly beneficial when it comes to electrical performance. Plating materials can disrupt the flow of current through an electrical circuit, which can reduce the efficiency of the system. Non-plated products can provide better conductivity, allowing them to be used in more sensitive electronic and electrical systems.

Non-plated products are becoming increasingly popular, and its easy to see why. Not only are they more affordable than their plated counterparts, but they also come with a variety of additional benefits. Non-plated products are more environmentally friendly, last longer, and may even provide superior electrical performance. As technology continues to improve, the use of non-plated products for electronics and home appliance products is likely to become more and more widespread in the coming years.

Galvanization is a process where metals, typically steel and iron, are coated with a layer of zinc to increase their useful life and resistance to corrosion. The process of galvanization can be done by hotdip galvanizing or electro galvanizing. However there is another type of galvanizing that doesnt use any external electricity or metals, known as non-electro-galvanizing.

Non-electro galvanizing is a process which combines mechanical and chemical processes to achieve a comparable level of protection as electro galvanizing. It may also be referred to as non-galvanized hexavalent chromium conversion coating (HCC) or washing galvanization. Non-electro galvanizing uses a combination of mechanical media blasting and chemical treatments to create a protective barrier on the metal similar to that created by galvanization.

This process begins by media blasting metal components with fine particles of metal, typically stainless steel, diamond dust or corundum. The blasting process scours the surface of the metal, creating a clean surface that is more receptive to the chemical additives used in the non-electro galvanizing process. After blasting, the parts are then dipped in a chemical solution, usually containing chromates or phosphates. The chromates act as corrosion inhibitors and form a thin, protective layer on the metal which shields it from moisture and other corrosive elements. The phosphates help form a thin, crystalline layer on the metal that gives it a satin-like finish and further enhances its corrosion resistance.

The result of the non-electro galvanizing process is a metal that is well protected from the elements, resistant to wear and tear, and requires minimal maintenance. The process is also environmentally friendly as it creates no hazardous waste and is cost effective compared to electro-galvanizing. In addition, unlike electro-galvanizing, non-electro galvanizing does not require an external source of electricity.
