In heat treatment process, all kinds of high-temperature surface quenching technologies have been developed, such as neutral step cooling, two-step cooling, combined cooling, surface quenching + cryogenic treatment, etc., so that the rail can obtain higher strength, higher resistance, strength and service life. Hot extrusion technology is a kind of plastic processing technology for fabricated railway parts, which are subjected to radial pressure on the part surface to produce part with different profiles, so that the rail has the advantages of uniform cross section, improved fatigue performance, better creep performance and longer service life. Steel plate is a kind of high-strength steel plate which is used in the production of inner and outer surface of the railway track, and after quenching and tempering, the steel plate can obtain higher strength, higher fatigue limit and longer life.
