Design of Iron Alloy Electric Furnace Charging Stirring Machine
1 Introduction
The Iron Alloy Electric Furnace Charging Stirring Machine belongs to the stirring machine necessary for the smelting of iron alloy electric furnace which has now become general equipment in smelting process. It is a kind of special equipment that stirring carbon ferroalloy and other materials uniformly into the furnace. It is a efficient and energy saving device for loading,smelting and stirring of electric furnace. 2 Conception of design
2.1Design requirements
①Working principle:The machine is composed of reducer, motor, stirrer, stirring rod and stirring barrel. When the motor starts running, the reducer will drive the stirring rod to rotate and drive the stirring barrel to rotate, resulting in stirring effect.
②Structure:Motor-transmission-stirring barrel unit.
③Performance:The loading amount is adjustable, and the speed is adjustable in the range of 0-25r/min.
④Material: The stirring rod is made of high strength alloy steel and heat treated. The stirring barrel is made of alloy steel and heat treated.
2.2 Design Conception
In order to make the stirring machine safe, reliable and efficient in use, the transmission system and structure should be optimized. In the structure design, the stirrer is driven by the reducer through the transmission shaft, and the material is stirred by the stirring barrel which is arranged around the stirring rod. The stirrer is interconnected with a safety cover, whicH can protect the operator in the process of loading, smelting and stirring.
3 Design of Stirring Machine
In order to design the stirring machine and ensure the safety in use, many important factors should be taken into account, such as material selection and dynamic balance.
3.1 Material selection
The stirring machine is mainly composed of reducer, motor, stirring rod, stirring barrel and protective cover, so the material selection is very critical. The stirring rod is made of high strength alloy steel and heat treated, and the stirring barrel is made of alloy steel and heat treated. The reducer is made of high-quality alloy steel and the motor is made of high-quality aluminum alloy. The protective cover adopts steel plate and is oxidized.
3.2 Dynamic Balance
