Raw Material Yard Sample Collection System Control
In the process of raw material production and shipping, the quality of raw materials needs to be inspected. The main components of the system include an industrial computer, a data communication interface and an automatic sample collection device. The device is equipped with a sampling cylinder with a gooseneck, which can be put into the raw material yard for sampling and returned after sampling.
In the sample collection system, the raw material yard worker first transports the necessary raw material to the raw material yard. Then the data communication interface automatically captures the production data of the raw material yard and sends it to the industrial computer, which stores the data. When the system needs to collect samples, the industrial computer will send a boot signal to the automatic sample collection device. After receiving the signal, the cylinder of the sample collection device will automatically lower to the material yard, collect the samples and return to the original position. At this point, the sampler can be taken out for subsequent testing.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the sample collection process, the system also provides a general control. At the beginning of the process, the system will calculate the appropriate sampling positions according to the position and weight of the raw material, ensuring that the sampling cylinder can accurately collect the samples without affecting the rest of the process, then command the sample collection device to collect the samples at the designated location.
The raw material yard sampling collection system has multiple feedback options, which can be used to detect errors in the sample collection process. If an abnormal condition is detected, the corresponding alarm message will be issued first, and then the system will automatically give the corresponding operation instructions. At the same time, the system can monitor the production condition of the raw material yard in real time, provide timely warnings, and randomly select samples when necessary.
The raw material yard sample collection system has greatly improved the production efficiency of raw material yards. Meanwhile, the device continuously collects raw material yard data, which can be used for analysis in future, such as finding out which raw materials have the greatest impact on production. The entire monitoring system provides a scientific basis for the management and precise operation of the raw material yard production.
