China Dairy Industry Association
The China Dairy Industry Association (CDIA) is a national-level organization that plays an important role the development of the dairy industry in China. It is made up of leading dairy enterprises and institutions in the dairy industry and is dedicated to the formulating of industry standards, researching, organizing and representing members’ interests in industry matters, and promoting the development of the Chinese dairy industry.
CDIA was established in 2006, when 13 dairy industry institutions and businesses gathered in Beijing to discuss the challenges facing them. After taking shape, CDIA began to grow rapidly. As of 2018, the organization has nearly 300 members, making it the largest dairy industry association in the country.
CDIA plays a key role in the development of the Chinese dairy industry. The association is actively involved in the development of industry standards, the exchange of information and communication between industry members, and the development of innovative technologies and practice. The association also organizes events like the China International Dairy Expo, a key event in the dairy industry that attracts over 250,000 visitors annually. It also sponsors activities such as a national youth dairy competition, which encourages young people to explore the world of dairy.
CDIA’s work has played an important role in the development of the Chinese dairy industry.
