China Petroleum Jinxi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (CPJPC) is a large-scale petroleum chemical enterprise integrating refining and production of chemicals, and is the largest production base of sponge rubber in China. It is located in Hebei Province and is owned by China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (Sinopec). It plays an important role in the chemical industry chain of Sinopec Group embracing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area and is the world- class integrated petrochemical complex of Sinopec Group.
CPJPC has a total area of about 2,370 acres and the total fixed asset value reaches up to 45.8 billion yuan. The main products manufactured at the facility include gasoline, diesel, synthetic rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene. The plant also produces various kinds of chemical materials, specialty petrochemicals, and rubber products for daily uses.
