INTERNATIONAL LABOUR AGREEMENT
Parties
This International Labour Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into between [Employer], hereinafter referred to as “Company” and [Employee], hereinafter referred to as “Worker”, both of whom agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions governing the employment relationship between the Company and the Worker, including the Worker’s responsibilities, wages, and other considerations.
Duties
The Worker shall provide the following services to the Company (hereinafter “Services”):

The Worker shall perform Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and with the direction of the Company’s management. The Worker shall use his or her best efforts to ensure the highest quality of Services to the Company’s customers.
Compensation

Benefits
