Jingmen Economic Development Zone
Jingmen Economic Development Zone (JEDZ) is a provincial-level economic and technological development zone in Jingmen City, Hubei Province, China. It is located in the central and western parts of Jingmen City and is bordered by Zhongxiang County to the north and east, Parker County to the south, and Jianli County to the west. JEDZ was approved in 1998 by the Hubei provincial government, making it one of China’s youngest major economic development zones. It covers an area of 106.6 square kilometers and has the largest land area of all the 352 economic and technological development zones in China.
