Rare Earth Tri-Oxygen Fluorescent Pigment (RETOFP) is a newly developed luminescent pigment that belongs to the classes of rare earth oxides, aluminum oxides and organic materials. RETOFP is often used in precision industry, medical device and other areas, providing multiple physical and painting effects to improve the quality of products. The important thing is that the properties of RETOFP tend to be very sensitive. However, during the process of burning it, the low temperature of the kiln cant meet the requirement of burning such sensitive material. As a result, the blooming phenomenon occurs when burning RETOFP.

To burn RETOFP in a special furnace, we have made several improvements to improve its temperature control. First, we increased the power of the heater to ensure that the metal casing of the furnace can reach a certain temperature before the pigment is placed in the furnace, and then the temperature is adjusted again to achieve the ideal burning temperature. Second, we chose the refractory material with excellent heat resistance and load-bearing capacity as the wall of the furnace. It could help to keep the temperature of the furnace stable at the specified temperature. Third, we also installed a temperature controller on the furnace, which can maintain the burning temperature of RETOFP and reduce the temperature difference between the furnace and the material surface. Thus, the furnace could keep stable in a longer period and avoid damage from the hot spots during RETOFP burning.

Besides, we have also paid attention to the environmental protection issue in the development of the special furnace for RETOFP. In the past, there have been high levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other air pollutants in the emissions of conventional burning process. To address this issue, we improved the design of the special furnace to reduce internal and external environmental pollution. We designed a filtration system to ensure that the exhaust gas is pure and clean, preventing the emission of airborne pollutions such as VOCs. Moreover, the furnace was designed with a heat insulation system to limit the heat emissions and reduce energy loss during the burning process.

In conclusion, we have devoted a lot of effort in the development of the special furnace for RETOFP. We improved the furnaces temperature control system and the design to reduce energy loss and pollutant emissions. With these improvements, the furnace is able to produce high quality RETOFP products with little pollution and energy loss. Therefore, it will further promote the application and development of RETOFP in various fields.
