Organic Strategic Management Model
Organic Strategic Management (OSM) is an applied framework that enhances strategies, policies, and methodologies that support and sustain corporate strategies, initiatives, and practices. This framework includes organizational policies, processes, tools, and planning practices that enable companies and business owners to effectively diagnose, refine, and execute strategies, policies, and tactics tailored to their specific competitive and business environment. Governance is the process of creating and enforcing rules, restrictions, and decision-making processes that help ensure that the company’s strategy is effectively implemented and achieved. Governance is also responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the company’s strategic plan and any related corporate policies.
The OSM framework should be implemented in order to ensure a company’s competitive positioning and ability to succeed in the current business climate. This framework enables the organization to identify, assess, and select strategic initiatives, allocate and deploy resources efficiently, and measure performance. In addition, it provides a comprehensive understanding of the environment in which the company operates and how it can best deploy its resources and alloca
