It is an important industrial base for iron and steel raw materials of CITIC Steel Group and an advanced technological enterprise. The annual production capacity is about 1.5 million tons. Situated in a mountainous area surrounded by four small rivers and forests, TieLianZhai Iron Mine Selection Factory is abundant in water and electricity. The total area of plant is about 76 hectares with a total land area of 16.7 hectares and a total cost of 194 million yuan. The factory employs 197 people directly and receives roughly 1000 technicians and experts to inspect, test, manufacture and market the products annually.
The main products of TieLianZhai Iron Mine Selection Factory are Iron ore concentrates, sinter ore, pellets etc. The factory has advanced equipment like Iron Ore Beneficiation, Test Center Stone Thickener, Disk Pelletizing Fluidized Bed Furnace and Gas Cooler which help them to produce quality products. With the implementation of the advanced production process and complete chemical loop, the factory develops a self-control system for quality, technology R&D and product innovation.
