4.1 Welding alloy powder chemical composition (JB/T 3168.1-1999) Article 1 Welding alloy powder is composed of metal powders or metallic alloy powders as the main body, to which other metal powders or alloy powders, compounds and various additives may be added. 4.1.1 Chemical composition of welding alloy powder by metal elements 【Table 4.1.1】 (1) Chemical composition of metal powder or metal alloy powder 【Table 4.1.2】 (2) Chemical composition of alloy powder 【Table 4.1.3】 (3) Chemical composition of compound 【Table 4.1.4】 Article 2 All metal elements must be expressed in mass fraction and the nominal value of the main metal element shall prevail. Character elements that are not expressed in mass fraction shall be enclosed in parentheses, and the nominal value shall prevail. Article 3 In Table 4.1.1 and Table 4.1.2, when necessary, other metal elements may be added in an appropriate amount. Article 4 If the metal element in the alloy powder is not expressed in mass fraction, it shall be added to the character elements, and the nominal value shall prevail. Article 5 The chemical composition of the alloy powder shall be determined according to the characteristics of the product and comply with the requirements of the corresponding national standards or industry standards. Article 6 In Table 4.1.3, the element, chemical symbol and mass fraction shall be specified; if necessary, other metal elements may be added in an appropriate amount. Article 7 The alloy powder may be adjusted according to the requirements of the product to ensure its performance. Article 8 The character elements and any other elements added in an appropriate amount shall be identified and indicated. Article 9 The main elements in the alloy powder shall meet the requirements of Table 4.1.1, and the total content of other elements shall not exceed the mass fraction listed in Table 4.1.2. Article 10 During actual production, if some elements are not available or errors are generated, the test results of these elements shall be predicted by calculation or combined with other test results.
