Installation of Cold-Rolled Colored Metal Tubes
The installation of cold-rolled colored metal tubes is a complicated process, requiring detailed knowledge and expertise. To ensure a successful installation, the following steps should be followed:

4. Reinforce the frames with diagonal crosskeying, then install the upper and lower roller frames to the drive system. Securely tighten all the bolts and screws.
5. The transmission system should also be installed into position. Check for a secure fit and make sure that the transmission is dust-proof.
6. Install the pressing rollers into the drive system in the specified rotation direction. Measure the pressure generated by the roller assembly and ensure that it is within the required tolerance.
7. Prepare the working frame depending on the pipe’s length. Adjust the frame to ensure that it supports the colored metal pipes correctly.
8. Connect the main components of the drive system, and check for sufficient motor power to power the whole machine. Make sure that all the motors are running correctly and in synchrony.
9. Install the oil system, adjusting the pressure and temperature gauges according to the machine’s operation requirements.
