This Enterprise Standard provides specifications and requirements for Yichang Yangtse Profit and Bright Thin Plate Enterprises’ cold-rolled to low carbon sheet, strip, and and their corresponding products. This standard covers designations, properties, chemical compositions, mechanical properties, and other requirements. All chemical compositions and mechanical properties are established by chemical analysis and mechanical testing. These products are subject to strict manufacturing standards.
The designation of the cold-rolled steel plates and strips shall be according to the China Steel Standard (CQS) and the hot-rolled steel plates and strips shall be according to the China Steel Standard (HCQS). The cold-rolled steel plates and strips hereby presented conforms to the Chinese national quality standard. This standard applies to cold-rolled sheet and strip products of low carbon steel up to 2.5mm thick.
This standard is applicable to the following Yichang Yangtse Profit and Bright Thin Plate Enterprises Products: cold-rolled low carbon sheets and strips. The specifications and requirements of these products include the following:
1. Chemical Composition: The low carbon steel plates and strips should have a chemical composition that conforms to the China Steel Standard (CQS).
2. Mechanical Properties: The mechanical properties of the low carbon steel plates and strips shall meet the requirements of the China Steel Standard (CQS).
3. Tolerances: The tolerance of the plates and strips shall meet the requirements of the China Steel Standard (CQS).
4. Surface Finish: The surface of the cold rolled plates and strips shall be clean, free of dirt, oil, grease, other foreign matter and blemishes.
5. Marking: The tags should be legible and comply with the requirements of the China Steel Standard (CQS).
