International Labor Agreement
This International Labor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Company Name], a company duly organized and validly existing in accordance with the laws of [Country], having its main registered office at [address], and [Individual Name], an individual with a valid passport from the [Country], which sets forth the terms and conditions under which [Company Name] agrees to employ [Individual Name], and [Individual Name] agrees to be employed by [Company Name], and based upon the mutual promises, undertakings, and considerations set forth below.
1. Employment.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, [Company Name] agrees to employ [Individual Name] and [Individual Name] agrees to be employed in the position of [position], to begin [date].
2. Obligations of [Company Name].
(A) [Company Name] will provide [Individual Name] with necessary instructions and training that [Individual Name] will need to fulfill the duties assigned to [position].
(B) [Company Name] will pay [Individual Name] a base salary of [amount], in [currency] via [method of payment] on [pay frequency].
(C) [Company Name] will provide [Individual Name] with the necessary working visa to enter [Country] and remain there.
3. Obligations of [Individual Name].
(A) [Individual Name] will be required to work for a minimum of [number] hours per week.
(B) [Individual Name] will be expected to perform the duties of [position] as directed by [Company Name] and in a manner consistent with the ethical and professional standards of [Country].
(C) [Individual Name] will be responsible for any taxes and other government charges due in connection with [Individual Name]’s salary.
4. Compliance with Law.
Both parties hereto agree to abide by any local laws, regulations, rules and customs governing the conduct of their business and employment.
5. Non-Compete.
[Individual Name] agrees not to solicit, recruit or hire away any employee of [Company Name], nor to divert or attempt to divert any business away from [Company Name], or compete with [Company Name], for the duration of [Individual Name]’s employment with [Company Name] and for a period of [number] years thereafter.
6. Termination.
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing [number] days’ notice in writing to the other party. In such event, [Company Name] shall pay [Individual Name] any unpaid salary due at such time of termination and [Individual Name] shall return all company property and documents in [Individual Name]’s possession to [Company Name] upon termination of employment.
7. Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties.
8. Waiver.
No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
