System inspection is the first step in debugging instrument automation. The purpose is to find out whether the system is complete and the parameters are reasonable according to the program. The debugging includes system structure, system selection and configuration, program design and communication interface design. After system detection, the local debugging is proceeded.

The local debugging is to ensure that each program module is correct and can boot. This step needs to check all software parameters, enter the starting parameter menu, adjust the parameter to meet the system requirements and then debug the modules one by one. After the local debugging is completed and the system is tested, the entire system is connected and debugged.

The debugging of the site includes several parts, such as system booting, parameter setting, open loop test, closed loop test, system running test, protection function test and so on.
