1 Introduction

Coating technology, as an important part of modern technology, has been playing an important role in protecting and improving the life of man-made products. High-energy hot spraying is a relatively new coating technology. It can quickly form a dense and very firmly adhered coating layer. Compared with other coating methods, it has high coating efficiency and high coating quality, and is especially suitable for coating complex parts.
