This standard establishes the requirements for the quality, technical requirements, testing methods and transmission rules of variable pressure adsorption oxygen and nitrogen production equipment. Strictly follow JB/T2639-2001, JB/T2637-2001, JB/T2640-2001, JB/T6431-2001, GB/T544-1992 and the relevant industry standards. This standard is applicable to adsorption oxygen and oxygen-nitrogen production equipment with total production capacity greater than 3 m3 / h.

The equipment for producing oxygen and nitrogen under variable pressure adsorption should have an oxygen production process with a residual oxygen content of not less than 99%. The system should be equipped with safety protection devices, performance meet the requirements and can be reliably operated. Oxygen and nitrogen with stable quality can be obtained through mechanical compression. In addition, efforts should be made to reduce energy consumption and make production reliable, safe and efficient.

Equipment design and manufacturing of variable pressure adsorption oxygen and nitrogen production should meet the requirements of this standard.
