The precision of lathe processing is directly related to the quality of machined parts. At present, there are many types of lathes, and the floors have reached a relatively high level. However, this situation is not ideal due to the lack of advanced control technology in the machine tool industry. This paper will analyze the effect of imposing accuracy on the machining accuracy of Nantong horizontal boring machine and propose the corresponding improvement measures.

1 Introduction

At present, the Nantong horizontal boring machine is an advanced and open CNC surface boring machining center. With the further development of technology, the numerical control technology of the Nantong horizontal boring machine has reached a relatively high level. However, due to the lack of technical ability and flexible control technology, the machining accuracy of the machine is still affected. It is still in the intermediate control technology stage, and the absolute accuracy and reliability of the machine cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in this paper, the effect of imposing accuracy on the machining accuracy of Nantong horizontal boring machine will be analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures will be proposed.
