These items include original plate inspection and parts processing near the edge of the plate, surface inspection, size inspection, shape inspection and performance inspection. After the parts have been inspected and accepted, they are stamped with the grade mark and product standard production tables.
The standard will be revised regularly and the most recent one was revised in July 2010. The main points of the revision include introducing restrictions on the production of aluminum plates and adjusting the allowable deviation for the offset and parallelism of the products edges, and strengthening the requirements for the inspection and acceptance of products.
