The performance test of particle extractor shall be carried out according to the provisions of《Technical Specification for Industrial Safety Pollution Control Equipment YZBJ76014.2-88》. It mainly includes four aspects: determination of particle collection efficiency, determination of dust concentration, determination of filter material properties, measurement of leak resistance, etc.

The determination of the collection efficiency of the particle extractor is divided into oil filter efficiency test with sodium-containing oil filter as test agent and laboratory dust source as test dust. This test is used to verify the removal efficiency of dust. It is mainly used to verify the removal efficiency of dust particles and particles with a particle size greater than 5um.

The determination of dust concentration refers to the determination of the influence of dust concentration on the dust collection effect of the particle extractor.
