Copper electrodeposition
Copper electrodeposition is the method of depositing a thin layer of copper onto a substrate through the direct current in an electrolysis. It is the process of forming thin film layers of copper on the surface of the substrate. The deposition of copper onto the surface of the substrate is achieved by providing a source of direct current in an electrolyte solution around the substrate and allowing it to run in the opposite direction of the copper ions in the electrolyte.
