Sun Yat-sen University Lingnan (University) College
Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) Lingnan (University) College is a part of Sun Yat-sen University that covers an area of over 40 hectares (98 acres). It is located in the southern part of Guangzhou, the capital of the Guangdong Province. The campus is a place of learning and research, which is equipped with advanced information systems, research centers, and a series of modern teaching and learning facilities.
The college was established in 1973, making it one of the oldest colleges in China. It is the birthplace of modern marketing, finance, and accounting studies in the country. It is also the first college in China to offer business management and business administration courses. SYSU Lingnan (University) College has five faculties namely, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Statistics and Economics, and Information Management.
