Commissioning of AC Thyristor Speed Regulation System
The AC speed regulation system is composed of thyristor speed regulator, induction motor, gearbox, etc. This paper aims to introduce the specific process of thyristor speed regulator commissioning.
1. System assembly
First of all, the installation position of the thyristor speed regulator should be determined. After that, the digital governor is connected according to the instruction manual. Then installation and wiring can be carried out after all the components are purchased and inspected. In the link connection, make sure that the direction of the thyristor speed regulator and the motor is consistent. During the installation process, make sure to keep the long-term stable operation of the thyristor speed regulator when the motor is rotating.
2. Test Run
During the commissioning process, the thyristor speed regulator must be tested. During the test run, the air gap of the motor should be adjusted to a reasonable value, the mechanical friction of the motor should be eliminated, and the loose connections of the joint screws should be tightened.
3. Initial Tuning
After the mechanical installation and electrical connection of the thyristor speed regulator are completed, the initial tuning can be started. First of all, the offset voltage should be adjusted to the middle position. Then, the voltage regulation range should be adjusted according to the value obtained in the test run. For the voltage regulation range, the greater the range, the better the control accuracy.
4. Parameters Tuning
After the initial parameter adjustment, the real-time debugging of thyristor speed regulator can be carried out. According to the specific load characteristics, the parameters of the thyristor speed regulator can be adjusted in order to make the system run stably, reliably and accurately.
The AC speed regulation system is composed of thyristor speed regulators, induction motors, gearboxes, etc. Through these four steps, the commissioning of thyristor speed regulation system can be completed, and the thyristor speed regulation system can be put into use.
