Technical Requirements of General Gas Detection Alarms in GB12358-90 Workplace Environment
The main purpose of this technical requirement is to standardize the requirements of general gas detection alarms used in the workplace environment, to ensure the safety of staff and the safety of workplaces.
First of all, the product shall comply with the requirements of GB 12358-90 for electric instruments for general gas detection alarms.
Secondly, it is prohibited to use the product in a hazardous or explosive atmosphere.
Third, the products shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Its reliability and accuracy should meet national standards and technical requirements;
(2) Its installation should be simple and convenient, and can be easily connected to the host computer.
(3) Its power supply shall adopt DC battery or AC power supply, and shall meet the relevant regulations of GB 7251.1-1998.
(4) The product output shall meet the requirements of GB/T 44450-2003, and the data transmission format shall meet the requirements of information transmission formats in GB/T 16484.11-2009 and GB/T 7794-2002.
(5) The product should have strong anti-interference, anti-lightning and anti-surge ability and be able to resist the electromagnetic environment specified in GB/T 17619.2-2003.
(6) The product should be equipped with LCD to display the measured results in time.
Fourth, the product shall have self diagnostic function, alarm and alarm record.
5. The product shall also have self identification and calibration functions.
6. The product shell should be hard, waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion, and able to meet the impact and vibration requirements of GB/T 2423.2-1989.
7. The product should have electromagnetic compatibility and environmental requirements as prescribed in GB9254-2008.
